Kirkton and Quarry (Froggy) Park Upgrades
Description of Works
Caley Construction Ltd were awarded the contract for the above Park upgrades by West Lothian Council.
Kirkton Park, Bathgate
This Project involved the installation of a new stage area in the existing carpark along with some path upgrades and the installation of a Zipline designed for teenagers.
This section of the project was made challenging due to the lack of suitable access for large vehicles or accessible storage space for materials, meaning Caley needed detailed plans for deliveries required.
Quarry (Froggy) Park, Livingston
This park involved more pathworks than the previous, as well as a large number of steps and hand rails. The access at Foggy was much better, though we had the additional challenge of working alongside a Mountain bike training course for children that needed to stay open.
As such, leaving our site in a tidy and safe manner was even more paramount than usual.
