Maxwelltown
The Maxwelltown Cycleway Phase 3 project involved construction of a 3.0m wide surfaced cyclepath approximately 660m long along the line of a disused railway from end of existing footpath at College Road to tie-in at Nunholm Road.

Shettleston
Caley Construction Ltd were appointed by Shettleston Housing Association Ltd to deliver the 2005 to 2008 Open Space Maintenance Contract. A further two year extension was subsequently awarded and the scope of the contract expanded to include in the order of 900 residential properties.

Caley Construction Ltd were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver the North Vennel Streetscape project in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council.

EK Streetscape
Caley Construction were appointed as principal contractors by SLC for the high quality East Kilbride Village public realm streetscape project. The works to Hunter Street and Montgomery Street within what is a conservation area involved reconstruction of the existing carriageway and adjacent parking bays. Caley Construction Ltd had earlier successfully delivered a previous contract to reconstruct footpaths.

Skypark
The prestigious £615,000 Skypark Garden Site project was delivered by Caley Construction Ltd as Principal Contractor on behalf of Capital Skypark Ltd as client in partnership with TGP Landscape Architects. Struer Consulting Engineers Ltd were commissioned for the design of the Maccaferri retaining structure constructed along Elliot Place.

Aberdeen Science and Energy Park
The project was undertaken within the 72 acre Aberdeen Science and Energy Park which accommodates some 40 businesses and remained operational for the duration of the contract. Work areas were accessed from existing roadways and required effective segregation of site, pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The works comprised tree felling, removal of existing post and wire, rabbit proof and chainlink fencing, structure planting, formation of earth mounds, tree and hedge planting and areas of grass seeding.

Summerlee
The works involved the construction of two new car parks, bus lay-by and adjacent footways to developed to service the newly refurbished Summerlee Heritage Museum at Coatbridge.

Boness Town Centre
The project incorporated high quality natural stone paving, footway surfacing, drainage works and amenity tree and shrub planting with areas of soft landscaping. Stainless steel street furniture was installed, new road signage erected and thermoplastic road markings applied. The works were located within the busy Boness Town Centre and required
extensive traffic management to ensure the safe movement of vehicular and pedestrians traffic and considered planning at site level to minimise disruption and nuisance.

Clyde Walkway
Caley Construction Ltd were appointed as Principal Contractor by South Lanarkshire Council to construct the Crossford to Mauldslie section of the Clyde Walkway. The walkway was constructed along the undulating bank of the River Clyde through varying terrain and across pastureland, scrubland and woodland. Access was typically via farm tracks and fields which required sensitive negotiation with adjacent landowners. The project involved extensive tree works which included tree felling and crown thinning. Flights of timber steps were constructed at two locations on steep 1:2 slopes and a 14m length Ekki hardwood footbridge constructed to span an existing watercourse. Additionally, a water pump was installed as part of the works.
